Find Books and Write Book Reviews

How to Find Books

To find the location and call number of Easley Library's over 46,000 books, use the BC Online Catalog from any computer which has an internet connection.  Included in the online catalog are an additional 50,000 full-text electronic books.  Books and audio-visual materials in Easley Library are classified by the LIBRARY OF CONGRESS CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM. Here is a helpful site which explains how to use LC Classification System.

The Catalog will also include titles owned by libraries which share a catalog with Bluefield College.  Those libraries are Appalachian School of Law, Emory & Henry, King College, Washington County Public Library, and Tazewell County Public Library.

Be sure you click on the button "Limit Your Search" when you want to see only which books Easley Library owns.  Then limit your search to Bluefield College.  If you are looking for electronic books, you can limit your search by the category EBooks.  Should you need a book which our library does not own, see a reference librarian for information on using interlibrary loan.
